All purchases of items on sale or with a promo code are FINAL with Leigh + Jo.

If your item has a defect or quality issue, please reach out to us - and we will make it right.

Because of the fast selling nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. However, we do offer returns within 15 days of delivery for store credit only on unworn items that are returned in new condition. You are responsible for the shipping and handling of returned products. We are not responsible for any lost packages. Please email us if you would like to process a return and we will guide you in the steps to take.

Please allow up to 4 business days for returns to be processed and store credit to be sent via email once the item has been received.
